This 2023 CBCA notable picture book of the year is a bi-lingual story exploring the many words the Arabic language has for love. There are 11 different words for love that each mean something slightly different in the form of love conveyed.


The activities for this book are designed to explore both the beautiful images in the story as they are created by drawing on canvas and the Arabic language being taught through the text.
