Overview

This story takes a humorous approach to teaching children how worms can help to recycle kitchen waste and turn it into “worm wee”. A clever way to teach children about the days of the week with an almost Eric Carle Very Hungry Caterpillar feel to it as it teaches multiple messages in seamless synergy.

The activities for this book are designed for young children and they include worm art, colours, days of the week and alliteration plus an activity to make your own worm farm and get children embracing the message of the story.
