Overview
This 2023 notable Early Childhood book is a simple story of a young boy and his grandmother visiting their local community garden. The young boy has lots of friends he spends time with in the garden as he helps out collecting fruit and vegetables and watering plants.
The activities for this book are designed for children in Pre-school or Kindergarten either before they start school or in their first year at school. These are designed in improve students fine motor skills, practice counting and teach the long e phoneme in its many forms.
